A former US Air Force Veteran from Mansfield, who recently passed away, will be honored Thursday, August 30th at 6 pm, in front of the Richland County Courthouse. An American flag will be raised in honor of Neil Topper, who served in the Korean War for 4 years and received the National Defense Medal and Good Conduct Medal. Topper, who was a graduate of Madison High School, passed away in December of 2017.
