Michael Zickefoose has been chosen by the Ashland County Democratic Party to run for Ashland County Clerk of Courts in November. The 40 year old Zickefoose has spent the last 4 years on the Ashland Library board and will be running against Republican Deborah Myers.
Myers was chosen for the job of Ashland County Clerk of Courts back in June, after Annette Shaw resigned. Myers will serve through the end of the year and the winner between Zickefoose and Myers will serve out the remainder of Shaw’s term, which runs through 2020.
