The Richland County Sheriff says Corrections Officer Rodney Clark has passed away, after serving more than 20 years with the department. A Celebration of Life event will be held for Rodney Clark on Sunday August 5, from 12pm-7pm, at the American Legion Pavilion in Bellville. Clark spent most of his time on C-watch and was a Field Training Officer for more than 15 years. Clark had been with the Richland County Sheriff’s Office since 1997.
