Ontario Concession Stands

Ontario City Council is considering an ordinance to regulate concession stands. RichlandSource.com reports, the legislation would only allow a concession stand to be in one location for 30 days before having to move to a new location.  This idea was brought to the attention of city council because there is no legislation on concession stands in Ontario. A comment at the meeting said, this could force “The King of Bar –B -Que Ribs out of business. The man has had his stand set up in the Lowe’s parking lot for the last 5 years.
