A Foreclosure has been issued on the Pump House Ministries property on Fourth Street in Ashland. RichlandSource.com reports, an Ashland County judge handed down the ruling this week, which will include the textile warehouse, along with the land and part of the building that was the F.E. Myers Pump Company. The property will now go up for Sheriff’s sale, but since it owes over $104,000 it can’t be sold for less than that amount. Ashland County Prosecutor Chris Tunnell said, the property is also subject to a Federal Lien of about $250,000.
