A 22 year old Ashland man has been arrested on an OVI charge, after a Sunday night accident. The Highway Patrol says Cody Moser’s Blood Alcohol Level was .254. Anything over 0.08 is over the legal limit in Ohio. Moser hit a tree on State Route 511, when he went to pass another car and lost control. Moser suffered just minor injuries and was also charged with failure to control.
