A teenage girl is in critical condition after being sucked into the Charles Mill Dam shortly after 2 a.m. Thursday morning. RichlandSource.com reports, 18 year old Regina Miller from Lakeville was swimming in a restricted area and was pull under by the current. She went through the Dam and was found face down by a fisherman from Fredericktown, who used CPR to revive her. Miller was taken to OhioHealth hospital, where Ashland County Sheriff Deputy Carl Richert said her condition was not good.
