The place where convicted serial killer Shawn Grate committed his crimes in Ashland was demolished on Tuesday. RichlandSource.com reports, a small crowd gathered to watch the two houses on Covert Court come down, where the bodies of Stacey Stanley and Elizabeth Griffith were found. Simonson Construction of Ashland volunteered to demolish the homes at no cost. Grate will be put to death by lethal injection on September 13th, which will be two years to the day he was arrested.
