The annual Mansfield Memorial Day Parade will step off on Monday morning at 10:30 am at the 5 way light. The Grand Marshall of the parade is Colonel Allison Miller, commander of the 179th Airlift Wing. Miller is the first female commander in the state of Ohio. There will be many units in the parade, which will include the Madison, Mansfield Senior and St. Peter’s bands. Parade Marshall Denny Hempfield says volunteers will begin putting flags on veteran’s graves at the Mansfield cemetery on Saturday.
