A Butcher shop is set to open later this week Lucas. RichlandSource.com reports, Pinhook Meats will open up on West Main Street on Thursday, May 17th. Owners JJ and Amanda Trumpower had run their business in a small building, but needed a larger space for the Butcher shop and deli. Right now, the plan is to be open Wednesday through Saturday, but hopes to add more hours in the future. Pinhook Meats will offer fresh, smoked and deli meats, along with jerky.
