An Ashland gas station employee testified this week in the Shawn Grate murder trial, that he saw Grate with Stacey Stanley, who was one of the two women found dead inside the house where Grate was found in September of 2016. RichlandSource.com reports, the gas station clerk said that he saw them leave together, but the security cameras were not working at night. Grate, if convicted, is possibly looking at the death penalty. Grate was indicted on 23 felony counts, which include 4 counts of aggravated murder.
