University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center’s Dr. Megan Oberhauser will present “Dealing with Diabetes” on Monday, April 16 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. The free presentation will be held at UH Samaritan on Main, 663 East Main Street.
Over 25 million people in the United States have diabetes, a disease in which the body does not produce or properly use insulin. Since diabetes is a chronic condition that can affect most every part of the body, including the eyes, heart and kidneys, it must be properly managed.
