The Madison Board of Education meets on Wednesday night and on the agenda, is the resignation of head football coach, Scott Valentine, according to the district website.
Valentine, one of the winningest coaches in North Central Ohio, spent one year as head coach of the Rams and has coached locally for close to 30 years officially resigned on Tuesday. Scott Valentine spent 17 years at Ashland, where he guided the Arrows to league titles and multiple deep playoff runs.
