A new Tornado siren is expected to be install at the southern end of the village of Bellville by the end of the year.
RichlandSource.com reports, The Richland County Commissioners will split the cost with the village, so we will pay just over $12,000 dollars.
The new siren is solar powered, along with constant charging batteries and will be able to be heard in a one mile radius.
