The latest statewide Public Health Advisory map shows Richland, Ashland and Crawford Counties remain under the Level 1 Advisory, which is the yellow color on the map.
Level 1 means there is active exposure and spread of COVID-19. It's the 2nd straight week Richland County has been at a Level 1.
