Child Passenger Safety Week September 15-21

September 15-21 has been made Child Passenger Safety Week by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Richland Public Health Child Passenger Safety Technician Reed Richmond told RichlandSource.com a car crash involving children under age 13 occurs about once every 32 seconds, meaning proper use of car seats and restraints is crucial.
