Richland Mall's JC Penney and Victoria Secrets Will Remain Open

JC Penney and Victoria Secrets will reportedly close some stores in the US in the near future, due to declining sales. RichlandSource.com reports the two locations inside the Richland Mall are not on the list and as of now, will remain open. JC Penney will close 18 stores in 2019, but the location in the Richland Mall will remain open, according to the company. Victoria Secrets is going to close 53 stores but has not released the locations yet.

The JC Penney department store celebrated its 100th year in business last year. Founder James Cash Penney opened his first store right here in Mansfield, Ohio on April 13th, 1918 on West 3rd street.
