Convicted Mansfield Murderer has Parole Denied

 A man convicted of murder in Mansfield 40 years ago had his parole denied late last week. 59 year old Todd Walker was convicted of aggravated murder in the1977 death of Linda Trine, who was found dead by her two young sons just 5 days before Christmas in 1976.  Walker, in police reports, shot Trine and stabbed her multiple times, which Trine’s son believes was drug related. Walker is currently serving a life sentence at the Allen Correctional Institution in Lima. His next hearing won’t take place for 3 years.
