The Mansfield post of the highway patrol responded to several crashes on icy, snow covered roadways in North Central Ohio on Monday morning. All of the crashes reported no serious injuries, but just minor injuries. Richland County was under a level 2 snow emergency, closing area schools for the day. Warmer weather is head into the area by mid - week and will see temps on Wednesday in the mid 40’s and 50’s on Thursday.
